When I click on "Products Available" within certain card titles, sometimes there is only one card listed. Why is that?
Some of our card titles only have one item (a large or small card). Other card titles will also have magnets, posters, bookmarks. We will constantly be adding new "types" of products within card title sections. We custom design everything we do so there will always be variety in each category.
How do I find the title of a card without going through all of the products?
We've designed a search box for you on the top right of each page. Simply type in the title if you know it and/or the category you are looking for, such as Birthday, Hope, etc.
We are retailers, should we order directly online or call you first?

Do you have your cards in any stores?
Yes, click on 'Upcoming Events'. You will find the events we will be having and the stores who carry our products. We are in the process of placing our cards in other stores within San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. If you are on our email list, we will update you when this happens.

Can we mix any card we want in the groups of five price?
To qualify for the groups of five prices you must select the same product number and same card, as shown within that category. There are a few card titles that automatically give you variety , such as Childhood Wonders and Cheer Up cards.

What size are the cards and posters?
Unless specified differently, all small notecards are 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Large cards, Storytelling cards and Texture cards are approximately 5 1/4" x 8 " The posters are 8" x 10"
I've never ordered online with my credit card...what do I do?
You can safely order online through Jasper Stone and Pay Pal. Once you find the product you like, on the bottom of the page there will be a brief description of the product and an 'add to cart' button. Click on that and a paypal cart will pop up showing you what you purchased. If you still want to shop, simply click on the continue shopping button inside the shopping cart. At any time you can remove the item if you change your mind. Nothing will go through your credit card while your shopping. Once you've made all your selections go to 'secure checkout'. We gone through great lengths to help your shopping experience be a safe one.
We want to place a large order - can we choose from a variety of selections?
All special prices for large card orders and groups of five card orders - are only for the same product number and the same card selection.
Do you ship internationally?
Presently we're not set up for this service, but check back now and then, we're working on it.
How often will the Storyteller's stories change?
Approximately every 2-3 weeks you will be able to view and/or hear a new story. Every now and then they will repeat. These stories will be compiled into book form at a later date available for purchase.
I don't have a credit card, can I still order something through your website?
We can help you! Go to "Order Tips" on the top of this page and click on it. There is a section that gives you this information.
Do you do customized work?
Yes we do. Once we hear from you through our 'contact us' email area, we will quote you a price.

How long does it take before I receive my product(s)
Most regular website orders take between 5-8 days from the time you order - if there are no other problems. This may take a bit longer for large orders or for orders sent through regular mail paying by check.
Sometimes when I listen to a sample of music, and then click on another sample of music - it plays both at the same time. Why?
Each time you listen to a sample of our music or a story from the storyteller be sure to always close each sample before moving on to the next one. For those of you new to the web, just click on the "X" in the box that shows up on your screen. If you want to hear 'water/beach sounds' in the background with any other clip, simply click on 'background music' on the home page and let it play throughout your shopping experience.
